Overview
IGF-1 LR3 is a recombinant analogue of IGF-1 with amino acid substitutions and an N-terminal extension that prevent binding to IGF-1 binding proteins. This results in approximately 100x greater potency and a half-life of ~20 hours vs ~15 minutes for native IGF-1.
