PEG-MGF
Pegylated Mechano Growth Factor · PEGylated IGF-1 Ec · Pegylated MGF
A pegylated form of Mechano Growth Factor (a splice variant of IGF-1) with extended half-life and potent muscle satellite cell activation properties.

In Plain English
Your muscles naturally release Mechano Growth Factor (MGF) for a few minutes after training to activate repair. This PEGylated version stays active for days instead — giving the same satellite cell activation signal continuously.
Overview
MGF is a splice variant of IGF-1 expressed in response to mechanical stimulation. PEGylation (addition of polyethylene glycol) extends its half-life from ~5 minutes to ~48-72 hours. It is studied for muscle recovery and activation of satellite cells (muscle stem cells).
Common Formats
- Lyophilized powder (injectable)
Storage Notes
-20°C lyophilized.

Related Compounds
IGF-1 LR3
A potent long-acting variant of IGF-1 with a 13-amino acid extension and substitution that dramatically extends its half-life and prevents protein binding.
IGF-1 DES
A truncated, highly potent form of IGF-1 lacking the first 3 amino acids, with extremely short half-life and strong local anabolic effects.
