In Plain English

Your muscles naturally release Mechano Growth Factor (MGF) for a few minutes after training to activate repair. This PEGylated version stays active for days instead — giving the same satellite cell activation signal continuously.

Overview

MGF is a splice variant of IGF-1 expressed in response to mechanical stimulation. PEGylation (addition of polyethylene glycol) extends its half-life from ~5 minutes to ~48-72 hours. It is studied for muscle recovery and activation of satellite cells (muscle stem cells).

Common Formats

  • Lyophilized powder (injectable)

Storage Notes

-20°C lyophilized.
