Overview
Gonadorelin is the synthetic form of GnRH, the hypothalamic peptide that drives pulsatile LH and FSH release from the pituitary. Its pulsatile administration restores HPG axis function; continuous administration paradoxically suppresses it (used in prostate cancer treatment).
